HOW SERVANTS THINK

HOW SERVANTS THINK Numbers 14:11-25 Devotional:- “But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it” (V. 24).   To be a servant requires complete mental shift and change in attitude. Before God, attitude count more than achievement (2 Chronicles 25:2). So, when we look at how real servants think, they think more about others than themselves. Humility is not thinking less of ourselves but thinking of ourselves less (Philippians 2:4). Jesus takes the form of a servant (Philippians 2:7). We can measure our servant’s heart by how we respond when others treat us as servants. Real servants think like a steward and not owner. They keep in mind that God owns it all.  To become a real servant you’ve got to settle the issue of money in your life (Luke 16:13). Please understand that money has a great potential to replace God in our heart. When Jesus is your master...

HAND OF INCREASE

HAND OF INCREASE

Genesis 30:25-34
Devotional:- “And Laban said to him, If I have found favor in your sight, I pray you [do not go]; for I have learned by experience and from the omens in divination that the Lord has favored me with blessings on your account” (V. 27) AMPL

God is the giver of virtue for increase. He is the God of increase. All men and women in the world always desire an increase in all good areas of their lives. Everyone puts in his or her best possible to always attain increase. But some forces stand against man's ability to increase. These forces are limitations, lack, poverty, ignorance, and failure. There are also forces of devourers, distractions, and procrastination. But for above that is the power of God for increase.

When Jacob came to the house of Laban God’s grace for increase was upon his life. And because of him all that Laban had increased. This is not a coincidence but the work of God because of Jacob (1 Corinthians 3:6).

You must know that this is what your God is used to doing for His children. I therefore like to introduce you to the God of increase and how to enjoy this grace.

All you need as a covenant child is to work with God with the covenant. Remember Jacob walked with God with covenant. He made a covenant to pay his tithe as he returned and to build a house for God (Genesis 28:20-22). You can also walk with God with a covenant of what you would like to do for His house and His servant as He blesses you. And you will find the grace for increase.

Prayer: Lord, help me to walk with you with covenant.

"WHEN YOU ARE WILLING TO SERVE GOD, HE WILL RELEASE HIS ANGELS TO SERVE YOU"
