HE NEVER CONDEMNS

HE NEVER CONDEMNS John 8:1-11  Devotional:- “She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more”” (V. 11) NKJV One of the tricks the devil often used against man is to make us feel condemned. To be condemned is a feeling of self-judgment. It is the act of judging oneself to death when God has not. A man with condemnation cannot be bold or courageous. He cannot exercise faith. He cannot take a risk and so cannot find it easy to succeed. The truth is that God does not condemn man. So it is like man to feel condemned, and it is the handiwork of the devil. It was said about Jesus, “for God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that through Him might be saved” (John 3:17).  God has appointed Jesus to judge the earth. But that is not now. Condemnation is a feeling that one has been written off and is not worthy of living anymore. The only people who will face God’s final condemnation are those who refused to...

THE BURNING BUSH

THE BURNING BUSH

Exodus 3:1-10
Devotional:- “And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed” (V. 2) NKJV

God is a God of wonders. One day He gave a revelation to Moses that can be of great blessing to us today. Moses was a man created to lead his people out of bondage like you. And when the time came for God to call him to his assignment, He created a great way to call for his attention to speak to Him. God revealed to Moses a bush that was burning with great fire but was not consumed. This was a revelation of great symbol.

This symbolizes the power of God to sustain his people till their time of glory. It symbolizes the fact that the enemy may do so much to harm you but they cannot overcome. It symbolizes that those challenges you may be going through now cannot terminate your life. It symbolizes that your enemies are wasting their time. It means that you are too much for anyone to consume. It means that when this God is in you, you are bigger than your troubles (I John 4:4; Romans 8:31). It means that your salvation is nearer. It means that you will keep getting better no matter your challenges. It means you will become the center of attraction at last (Romans 8:18-19). Just be sure you remain in God and He in you. And you will laugh last.

Prayer: Lord, help me to remain in you forever.
