So they don’t see any need to know the way of faith. They don’t want anything that will stress them. So they tell themselves, “Why try to believe God when I can easily get it done through any other means?” But when they get to some issues of life that have no shortcut, they then enter into big frustration.   I like to introduce you to a new realm of faith that will build you strong in Christ. PRESENCE OF GOD

PRESENCE OF GOD

Genesis 28:10-22
Devotional:- “Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go and will bring you back to this land: for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you”(v.15)

God is not just present everywhere; His presence is always available, particularly with His people. He said wherever two or three of us may be He will always be there (Matthew 18:20). He has promised never to live nor forsake His children (Hebrews 13:5). It means His presence thus not depart as we always think. It is only our iniquity that can separate us from Him (Isaiah 59:2).

At the time Jacob was running away from his brother Esau, he never could imagine that God was with him. He felt he had offended his brother, forgetting that the brother had sold his birthright to him and God was in no way offended since it is by His covenant (Genesis 25:23). As Jacob lay down to rest in his journey, God gave him a revelation of His presence. And God gave him a covenant.

Friend, the covenant is also for you. God said He would not leave you until He has fulfilled all His promises concerning you. Wherever you are, His presence will be there with you. Either you are in motion or on a spot. That is why you will surely prosper because His presence comes with joy and pleasure (Psalm 16:11). And He will surely see you through your challenges.

Prayer: Lord, help me to always be conscious of your presence.

“GOD‘S PRESENCE WILL SURELY PRESERVE AND PROSPER YOU”
