STRENGTH IN GOD

STRENGTH IN GOD 2 Corinthians 10:1-6 Devotional:- “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds” (V4) NKJV      Many Christians today have so much confusion about their strength in God. It has made the church think that a few limited people can demonstrate the strength of God. So, multitudes are weak in strength. Though they come to church, yet in times of challenges, you see them rushing to another Christian whom they know to be stronger in God. Neglecting the fact that a New Testament believer is a potential priest and king for Christ (Revelation 5:10; Mark 16:17).

HEAVENLY BREAD

HEAVENLY BREAD

Exodus 16:1-5
Devotional:- “Then the LORD said to Moses, "Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you. And the people shall go out and gather a certain quota every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in My law or not.” (V. 4) NKJV

Today one of the greatest challenges facing the world is the challenge of food. It is often called one of the primary needs of life. And this means it is so important to live. Some nations have it sufficiently but many insufficiently. One of the reasons is that attention is been shifted away from farming to technological development in many nations. And so many face hunger as a great challenge in their life. But I want to show you what God can do.

As God’s people were passing through the wilderness to their Canaan, there came a time when there was no food. As a nation on the move, there was no time to farm. Their estimated population was over two million and the supply of food to them was daily for several years. Any nation that feeds two million people for a year will have great problems but God did it for almost forty years.

He Is a great provider. No matter the situation around you, God can always take care. It does not mean you should be idle and only waiting for bread from heaven, but when your product is insufficient, He will prove Himself sufficient in your life. Just trust in His able hand (Psalm 37:1-7). Out of the little be responsible both to God and to your family. Always be thankful for the little (John 6:11). And His sufficiency shall be your story.

Prayer: Lord, prove your sufficiency in my life.

“WHEN YOU CAN BE THANKFUL GOD WILL ALWAYS FILL YOUR TANK”
