SHARING YOUR FEELING

SHARING YOUR FEELING Hebrews 4:11-16 Devotional:- “For we do not have an high priest who cannot sympathize with our weakness… (V. 15)” It is not always very easy for people to understand us, especially when we pass through challenges and are weak. Even those who want to understand and sympathise could get to a level and turn back. Sometimes, instead of people sympathising with us, they constitute a panel of judges and begin to point accusing fingers at us.  As part of the act of love of Jesus, the scripture we read today says, He sympathises with us in our situation. In other words, He knows exactly what you are going through, both the one you can explain and the one you cannot. He could feel exactly the way you feel. The Bible says, He has suffered as we do. Even if you are struggling with a weakness or a sin, He has also been in the flesh. He knows how painful your feelings are. He cannot reject you, and He identifies with you and still loves you. GOD’S GLORY

GOD’S GLORY

Exodus 33:13-23
Devotional:- “Please show me your glory” (V. 18)

We all need to understand that we have equal privilege in God through Christ Jesus. God is no respecter of person, He is not a partial God but in every nation whoever fears Him He Honours them (Acts 10:34)

Moses was a man who enjoyed the grace of God. He had the privilege of knowing God before he started leading the people of Israel. God always calls him to the mountain to speak to him and send him to the children of Israel. On one such occasion, he demanded to see God's glory and God was willing to show him. All of us can be partakers of His glory. Moses demanded this by faith and God granted him.

Friend, you also can behold the glory of God. Not until you go to any mountain just desire to see Him through His word. And He will reveal Himself to you. And you will turn to another man. When Moses came from this experience his face began to shine. Jesus prayed that God should glorify Him (John 17:1-5). The disciple saw the glory of God on the Transfiguration hill. You can see It also if you desire. And men shall see you shining and honour God in your life.

Prayer: Lord, show me your glory.
