  LOVE SO MUCH John 3:9-21 Devotional:- “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (V. 16) NKJV   Men need to begin to wake up to the understanding of the great love God has for us. It has been the strategy of the enemy all the while to make us feel God did not love us. That is in our mind. The infomation available to us has made us feel God is that big and wicked boss of heaven and the earth that goes about looking for people He will condemn and kill. But this is not true of God. The Bible present God to us as a God of love. In the past, before I knew the Lord, anytime I read the scripture, God so loved… I ask myself, where is the love? WORSHIP

John 4:19-26
Devotional:- “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth" (v. 24) NKJV

    For a believer to relate more and more closely with the Holy Spirit, one of the avenue that is vital is worship God. Since God is a spirit, then, you can only worship Him in the spirit. Worship is therefore only possible when we learn to allow the Holy Spirit to lead us to the father.

To worship God in spirit and in truth demands that we first understand the truth about God. The truth about God is what the Bible says about Him, because, the word of God is truth (John 17:17). The word of God tells us that God is the almighty God (Genesis-8:1). He is the God of glory (Acts 7:2). He is the father of light (James1:17). He is a wonderful and marvellous God. He is the King of kings and Lord of lords. He is the everlasting father (Isaiah 9:6; Revelation 17:14) etc. This truth then forms the basis on which you imagine God in your spirit as you behold Him with the eye of your spirit man.

Every time you worship God in spirit and truth, if you draw close to Him and He will draw close to you (Psalm 100:4, James 4:8). This makes your relationship with Him more cordial. Peace!

PRAYER: Holy Spirit, teach me to worship the father in truth

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
