  CHILDREN OF GOD I John 3:1-3  Devotional:- “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him” (V.1) NKJV One of the unique things on earth is that, each one belongs to one family or the other. Some are from a great family, their name sounds great, and others are from a family that is not well-known. The truth is that, the lineage each of us belongs to, sometimes speaks and shows in our live. Those who are seen as children of great people in the world are often counted as privileged. But the scripture we read today is aimed at making you appreciate the privilege of being a child of God. It doesn’t matter whether you are born into a great family on earth or not. God has decided to bestow His love on you by calling you His child (Galatians 4:7). This is the greatest family in heaven and earth. The moment you are born again, you are born of God (John 1:12). GOD ON EARTH

Joel 2:27-32
Devotional:- "And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions” (V. 28)

    God gave His word to His people through Prophet Joel that He will pour out His Spirit on all flesh. This prophecy became fulfilled from the day of Pentecost. Before this time, the Spirit of the Lord rested on few people who are used by the Lord to carry out different assignments for God. God gave a promise that He will pour out His Spirit on all to cone to be on earth and live on earth through men.

Since the day of Pentecost, God the Holy Spirit has been permanent on the earth just like Jesus was on the earth physically at a time. The strong revelation here is that God is on earth in men. This is a mystery that God is on earth through human vessel (1Corinthians 3:16). That is why you as a spirit filled believer should know that you are a divine vessel of God.

Friend, wherever you are, God is there through you. It will therefore be wrong and grieving to the Holy Spirit by living as mere men (Ephesians 4:30). Many have grieved Him because they do not understand Him. Many take Him to be for the church time, outside that, they live as men and disobey the Holy Spirit at will. Please recognize you are a carrier of God. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to recognize you in me always.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
