  DON’T HATE Matthew 5:43-48  Devotional:- “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,” (V. 44) NKJV The subject of love is not always easy to practise between you, and those who have shown themselves as committed enemies. Those who will openly stand against you. Those who just hate you for no reason. Those who don’t pray that anything good should happen to you. Yet the Bible gave us a commandment in the midst of it all to love and never to hate them. What a great task! But until a Christian grows to this level, he cannot actually be called mature. The way to handle it is that we should bless those who curse us. Always do good to those who hate you. If they are moved by the spirit in them to do evil to you, be moved by the Spirit in you to love them. We cannot truly say we love till we can prayerfully demonstrate the character of love. GOD ON EARTH

Joel 2:27-32
Devotional:- "And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions” (V. 28)

    God gave His word to His people through Prophet Joel that He will pour out His Spirit on all flesh. This prophecy became fulfilled from the day of Pentecost. Before this time, the Spirit of the Lord rested on few people who are used by the Lord to carry out different assignments for God. God gave a promise that He will pour out His Spirit on all to cone to be on earth and live on earth through men.

Since the day of Pentecost, God the Holy Spirit has been permanent on the earth just like Jesus was on the earth physically at a time. The strong revelation here is that God is on earth in men. This is a mystery that God is on earth through human vessel (1Corinthians 3:16). That is why you as a spirit filled believer should know that you are a divine vessel of God.

Friend, wherever you are, God is there through you. It will therefore be wrong and grieving to the Holy Spirit by living as mere men (Ephesians 4:30). Many have grieved Him because they do not understand Him. Many take Him to be for the church time, outside that, they live as men and disobey the Holy Spirit at will. Please recognize you are a carrier of God. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to recognize you in me always.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
