KING DAVID   Psalms 23:1-6 Devotional:- “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over” (v.5) NK JV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional KING DAVID Pastor Remi Agbabiaka  ·  Psalm 23:1-6 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com   From an early age, David had been facing the resistance of the enemy. He was a boy who liked to serve. Beginning from the service in the field with the sheep of his father to the service of King Saul. He made himself available to serve, such that the day prophet Samuel came to their house to anoint him as the king, he was in the field caring for the sheep. But right in his family, some of his brothers were jealous of him.   By God’s favour, he was brought to the palace to serve the king. HE CONVICTS

HE CONVICTS

John 16:5-11
Devotional:- “And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:” (V. 8)

One of the strongest ministries of the Holy Spirit is that, it convicts our heart of the truth. He makes us to be clear about our action. He makes us to know when we do what is right or what is not right, so that, we will have no one to blame for our actions. The Holy Spirit makes the consciousness of our actions clear enough to us and leaves us to make choices. He will never force Himself on us (Genesis 6:3).

He convicts the ungodly of their evil deeds. He convicts man of what is righteous and acceptable before the Lord. He convicts the world of the coming judgement. So, somewhere in our subconscious mind, we know that our actions shall be judged one day. But the devil always encourages man to damn the consequence.

This is a great help ministry to you as a believer. This is because, beyond conscience, the Holy Spirit convicts us to be double sure we are doing wrong or right. But to the unbelievers, they are left with guilt. Take advantage of this ministry and please God always. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, let the conviction of the Holy Spirit never stop in my life.
