  BORN TO WIN 1 John 5:1-5 Devotional:- “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith.” (V. 4) NKJV God is great, mighty and victorious. No one can challenge His power and authority. They’ve not given birth to the devil that can face God. He has on several occasions given the devil a public disgrace (Colossians 3:15). When God created man, He expected him to cheaply overcome the enemy. But the first man fell into the devil’s trick. Because God cannot fail, He did not create a second Adam but gave birth to Him. There is power in this. He discovered that the first Adam did not perfectly resemble Him in strength and power. So He decided to give birth to the second Adam, in the person of Jesus. So He is referred to as the firstborn among the living. God has not born anyone before Him. Whatever you give birth to will carry your strength. BE FILLED

Ephesians 5:15-21
Devotional:- “And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit” (v. 18) NKJV

    To be filled of a spirit is to be totally taken over by that spirit. This is to be full of the Holy Spirit. When a man is full of the Holy Spirit, it means the man is totally taken over by the Spirit. It means, there is no room or space for other spirit in the life of that man.

The challenge with most Christians today is that, they feel they should not be one sided. They feel they should be filled with the Spirit of God and be filled with the spirit of the world. They do not know that the spirit of the world is the spirit of the devil (1 John 2:15-17). They think that way they are living a balance life. They don't consider the fact that the devil is looking for who to fill and possess. And that devil will not allow anyone to have him half way; he will take total control with time. To be filled with the Holy Spirit does not mean you are no longer going to live as human being. It is only that your mind is influenced by the Spirit of God alone.

This does not make you are a spiritist. To be a spiritist is totally wrong and demonic. This makes people lose their mind and control God gave you a mind and does not want to suspend it. He only want you to submit to His control so that other spirit will not gain control over you (Romans 6:16; Matthew 6:24). Even your social live will now be controlled by the Holy Spirit. Peace!

PRAYER: Holy Spirit, help me to be total with you alone

“REMEMBER, POSITIVE MULTIPLY BY NEGATIVE WILL EQUAL TO NEGATIVE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
