  HOUSE HIM Proverbs 23:19-28  Devotional:- “My son, give me your heart, And let your eyes observe my ways.” (V. 26) NKJV No man can actually have the best of God until you are really ready to house Him. As a man that married a woman will have to house her so also in Christ, though He is our husband yet we have to house Him (Ephesians 5:28-29). The scripture we read today is the wise counsel of God to us as His son, saying “… son give me your heart.” This is because until you give your heart to a lover you cannot totally have the enjoyment of the fill of His love. You will observe that when a man is truly in love, his entire mind is rapped into the love for his beloved. He cannot help longing for him. Some will even have the picture with them always and anywhere. Just to see it and feel loved. A true lover will always long for their beloved. He does not stay late or long outside because the beloved is in the house waiting. Friend, do you really love God. Does His love fill you...

BE FILLED

Ephesians 5:15-21
Devotional:- “And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit” (v. 18) NKJV

    To be filled of a spirit is to be totally taken over by that spirit. This is to be full of the Holy Spirit. When a man is full of the Holy Spirit, it means the man is totally taken over by the Spirit. It means, there is no room or space for other spirit in the life of that man.

The challenge with most Christians today is that, they feel they should not be one sided. They feel they should be filled with the Spirit of God and be filled with the spirit of the world. They do not know that the spirit of the world is the spirit of the devil (1 John 2:15-17). They think that way they are living a balance life. They don't consider the fact that the devil is looking for who to fill and possess. And that devil will not allow anyone to have him half way; he will take total control with time. To be filled with the Holy Spirit does not mean you are no longer going to live as human being. It is only that your mind is influenced by the Spirit of God alone.

This does not make you are a spiritist. To be a spiritist is totally wrong and demonic. This makes people lose their mind and control God gave you a mind and does not want to suspend it. He only want you to submit to His control so that other spirit will not gain control over you (Romans 6:16; Matthew 6:24). Even your social live will now be controlled by the Holy Spirit. Peace!

PRAYER: Holy Spirit, help me to be total with you alone

“REMEMBER, POSITIVE MULTIPLY BY NEGATIVE WILL EQUAL TO NEGATIVE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
