This goes beyond beauty ; it is rather a mental thing . People who are drivers to men of other colour believe that they are better people and are proud of it, even if the one they drive is the age of their son.  But it is high time people received the understanding that it is God who made man in His o...

COCREATOR

Genesis 1:1-5
Devotional:- “The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters” (V. 2)

We can see the activities of the Holy Spirit at creation. This is because the trinity of God are involved in all the work of creation. That makes the Holy Spirit a Co-creator with God.

Let us observe that the Bible tells us that God made the heaven and the earth in Genesis 1:1. But verse 2, the Bible begins to explain to us how the work of creation was done. It started with God stepping out to fulfil an intension. Then the Spirit of God began to move on the surface of the water. Then came the word of God to command creation to be. This word of God is Jesus (John 1:1-3). I see the Holy Spirit as the executor of the commandment of God.

One of the reasons God therefore allow His Spirit to dwell in us is to allowing Him lead us to executing the divine plan and purpose of God on earth (Hebrews 11:40). This makes us partaker of the divine order (1 Corinthians 3:8-9). That is why your relationship and submission to the Holy Spirit will make you see greatness in life. Very many great things are done today by men and women who are working with the Holy Spirit. It is time for you to join the great. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, give me grace to grow my relationship with the Holy Spirit

FOLLOWING CHRIST                   Luke 14:25-33 Devotional Verse:- "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple” (Vs. 26)      God has enthroned Jesus as King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 17:14). Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.

MASTER’S MINAS

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.
