You need to know that you are a timed being. There is appointed time for each vision and destiny (Ecclesiastics 3:1). One serious business of the enemy against the destiny of men is to make people miss their time. That is, to disallow your destiny from manifesting at the right time. He knows that by doing this, many visions and dreams could be made of no effect. But the Bible teaches us the wisdom of redeeming the time.   To redeem the time means to buy the lost time back. FEAR 

Matthew 8:23-27
Devotional:- “Bt He said to them, "Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?" Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm” (V.26) NKJV

    Fear is created with us for something good, to fear and refrain from doing evil because you know the judgment of God on evil. This is the fear of God. The consequences of evil are never good. This is referred to by Solomon as the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). This is the fear that will not want us to disobey God (Genesis 39:9). This makes us afraid to do evil, but when sin dwells in the heart of people, they now live in fear because they are not able to do what is good. For this reason, the son of God came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). One of those works of the devil is fear over many things.

In the scripture we read today, Jesus rebuked the disciples for being afraid. Because of their fear, they could not use their faith to stop the storm. Jesus expected them to know that since He was in the boat and they couldn't perish.

See, you have to trust God to the point of letting Him handle what you cannot handle. Refuse to be afraid; since God is with you. If God be for us who can be against us (Romans 8:31). You better stop that fear. All that the devil is aiming is to shake your faith (Luke 22:31 -32), but when you refuse to fear, he will give up on you.

Declaration: I shall no more be fearful in Jesus' name.
