  GOOD SHEPHERD John 10:11-16  Devotional:- "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gave his life for the sheep”. (V. 11) Shepherds are one of the most caring people on earth. They value the lives of the sheep. They risk their life many times to save the life of the sheep. They follow the sheep wherever they go and lead them To green grass where they enjoy fresh food for their nourishment (Psalms 23:1-6). Their presence comforts and secures the sheep. They cannot tolerate the loss of any of them. So they watch over it so dearly. If anyone is missing, they take pains to look for it till they find it, and when it is found, they celebrate it (Luke 15:4-7). So also is the love of Jesus to you. He is your good shepherd. That is why He laid down His life for you. He died that you might live. He cares for you (I Peter 5:7). He cannot afford to see you in suffering. SOLDIER’S FAITH

Matthew 8:5-13
Devotional:- “The centurion answered and said, "Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed” (V.8) NKJV

    We all need to come to the very point of knowing the viability and the power of God’s word. The word of God is the greatest power God has. Through the word, all things were created. And nothing was made without it (John 1:1-3). God’s spoken word is ever-powerful.

A centurion came to Jesus for the healing of his servant and Jesus asked him to hold on that He will come to be with him in his house. But this soldier had a great understanding of the spoken word of God. So, he said to Jesus, I have observed that you are a man of authority. And when a man exercises authority his words are no more ordinary, so just speak.

Friend, Jesus said, He has given you authority (Luke 10:19). So, you are a man of authority. Do you know that your words are no more ordinary? They are to be obeyed, open your mouth, and start to command the forces of the enemy to live mouths life alone and it shall be so. Command your favour and help to come in Jesus’ name and it shall be so. It’s your year.

Declaration: I am a man of authority.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
