  PROMISES Isaiah 55:1-13  Devotional:- “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (V.11) NKJV One thing that is common with lovers are promises. It is part of what a true lover will want to hear. To a true lover, a promise is like a cheque capable of turning into cash. So when people who love us promise us, we cherish the promises. And when we remember them, it gladdens our heart. We even sometime feel happy enough to share it with other friends. One other terrible thing that is common with people is failing to fulfill promises. That is why it will be unwise to marry someone based on mare promises. These failure in promises of people, in some cases, are due to the inadequacy of human strength, or unforeseen circumstances that can overtake the promises, so the promised often feel deceived. FLOATING AXE

II kings 6:1-7
Devotional:- So the man of God said, "Where did it fall?" And he showed him the place. So he cut off a stick, and threw it in there; and he made the iron float. (V.6) NKJV

    Sometimes when we read about some great wonders of God in the Bible, something makes us feel it was because the people were special. But we need to know that they are men of like passion as we are (James 5:17-18). They were just exactly like we are but they were only men of faith and God was able to work wonders through them.

The sons of the prophet needed a big place of dwelling. So, they decide to cut trees to make a new home. Thank God they requested for Elisha to go with them. As they were cutting the trees the axe head fell into the water. And the man of God asked the Holy Spirit what to do, the Holy Spirit was what they also depended upon and there was a miracle.

Friend, you also have the Holy Spirit. That stick is the word of God. Speak to the sinking situation and the heavy iron will float. Nothing is heavier than God’s power. You need to know that God’s angels are waiting to work on your situation. They are the ones who made the axe head float. You can experience the same in your body, studies, and business. What looks difficult shall submit to you now in Jesus' name.

Prayer: Lord, my recovery is now

“NOTHING IS TOO DIFFICULT FOR GOD TO BRING BACK”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
