  SUBMIT TO HIM John 14:12-24  “Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” (V. 23) NKJV   Sometimes on the platform of love, there is nothing men cannot offer to one another. If you truly love a man you will not want to reject or disobey him. You will want to do as much as it is in your capacity. You will not want to turn him down. Can you imagine how strictly you want to keep to an appointment with a loved one? If we have attached so much importance to responding to our lover, how much more God. If you truly love God it will be natural for you to submit to His will. You will not need to argue or ask too many questions. It will be a pleasure submitting to His will. I Peter 5:5-11
Devotional:- “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” (v. 8). NKJV

    When a man does not know his opponent, he will totally be ignorant of the way of victory. Most people always make mistakes taking man as their enemy. As God’s children, it’s important we come to understand that the forces against us are the forces of the devil, though they always use man.

God’s word says we are not fighting against flesh and blood but against principality, (they take territorial government), against powers (master spirit), rulers of the darkness of this age and against the spiritual host of wickedness in the heavenly places (Eph. 6:12 Ampl, TPT). These are forces of God that fell with the devil and their powers was not taken from them (Revelation 12:7-9). You must understand that they are the one manifesting and manipulating in different ways in the human lives (2 Corinthians 2:11). This is the reason you cannot afford to be prayerless or powerless as a child of God.

This understanding put you ahead of him. It makes you to know who or where to fire so that you don’t misfire. He is a pretender, so he takes different forms. Don’t see whatever is happening to you ordinary, you must be sensitive and understand the way to stop him. The Bible says; we should not be ignorant of his devices. He knows you carry a glory and he doesn’t want your success. That is why you must grow your strength in God. If Christ overcomes, you will surely overcome. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to grow in Your Strength For My Victory.

“YOUR VICTORY IS PAID FOR BUT YOUR STRENGTH ESTABLISHES YOU IN IT.”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
