WORK IT OUT

WORK IT OUT Romans 8:18-30  Devotional:- “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” (V. 28). NKJV Due to the time and distance that is involved in our period of challenges, we tend to think it is an eternal race. But that is not true. Whatever has a beginning surely have an end. Therefore, there is an end to everything. And we know the end is always glorious than the beginning (Jeremiah 29:11, Romans 8:30). The scripture we read today brings us into God’s provision for our beautiful end in every situation and that is why the bible says all things are working together for our good. So no matter the embarrassment of your situation, God’s love letter to you is promising you that it shall work for your good. Do you lose a job or an opportunity? It is for a better one. So you don’t need to die for that. Let the past pass and expect your coming beauty. It doesn’t matter; people may mock you now,...

JOY

JOY

Devotional:- “Therefore with joy you will draw water From the wells of salvation” (V. 3) NKJV

It is important that you know that one of the virtue for our strength in life is joy (Nehemiah 8:10). Please choose to live in joy for the rest of your life. This is because you are created for joyful living. If you don’t consciously make this choice, you have also made a wrong choice. The nature of man is fashioned to only have his best in joy. The enemy having known this always wants to people to be in sorrow. The only sets of people that will enjoy great strength to the end are the joyful one.

Our scripture today said with joy you will fetch out of the well of salvation. God is the source of true strength. He is the well of our salvation. He is the well of our strength (Isaiah 40:29). The drawing vessel from this well is joy. God dwells in joyful atmosphere (Psalms 16:11). Sorrow cannot enter His presence. It will take you being joyful to enter His presence and be able to draw on His strength daily (Psalms 100:4).

Having made your choice of joy be careful to keep fellowshipping with joyful people (Proverbs 13:20). Love to hear good news and testimonies of joy. Stand against celebration of sorrows in your fellowship and you will be able to keep the strength of God flowing in you.

PRAYER: Lord, Baptize Me into The Spirit of Joy.

“JOY IS THE DRAWER OF STRENGTH IN GOD.”
