MULTIPLE VENTURES    Ecclesiastes 11:1-10 “ Cast your bread upon the waters, For you will find it after many days. ” (V.1) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional MULTIPLE VENTURES Support Us Pastor Remi Agbabiaka  ·  Ecclesiastes 11:1-10 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com We have come to live in a world of opportunities. Though some will complain that life is unfavorable to them, you should know that your case is different. That is why you should see opportunities everywhere and in all things. Our scriptures today taught us to be willing to let what we do go beyond our immediate environment. In other words, don't limit your market scope to where you are. In most cases, we don't often realise the fact that a product may not be appreciated enough in the environment of its producer. In m...

DISTANCING FROM THE SCRIPTURES

Deuteronomy 8:1-11

  • Devotional:- “To teach you that man does not feed on bread alone but on every word that  comes from the mouth of the LORD” (v.3) NIV

The word of God is the bank of our strength in God. The word of God is the strength of God. Through the word, God had done all He had done. God’s word says, without Him, nothing else was created (John 1:1-3). When a man therefore distances himself from the Word of God, He will lack the strength of God.

The trick of the devil today is to make us feel our work is more important than our God. He tells us it is our work that gives us the income we have. So, we cannot afford to play with our work in the name of God. Note that the lies of the devil is always half-truth, so we could be confused to accept them (John 8:44). Yes, our work is so important because that is where we make a living but not more important than God who is the source of your strength or energy to work (John 15:5).

So many believers under this lies of the devil use the excuses of their work not to have time to read and meditate in the word of God. That is why it is easy for many people who have been great up there to suddenly come down. The truth is that when they were up, they never feed on what will sustain their lifting. Jesus said without Him we can do nothing.

Be careful not to keep celebrating your current level and forget to buildup in God for a higher place of life. In the word of God is your strength (Joshua 1:8). Never allow a day to pass without taking it as meal and you will keep growing in strength. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, Help Me To Always Love Your Word.

“LIVING BY BREAD ALONE MAKES MAN A BREAD FOR THE ENEMY.”

DOMINION

DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

WAYS ON WATER Exodus 14:10-22 Devotional:- “So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.” (v. 22) NKJV      The enemy's trick in the lives of so many people today is to make them believe that they have come to their crossroads and that the road has ended. So many always agree with this deceptive thought, which leads to their frustrations. The enemy makes them look at situations around them as evidence of his words. So, many people easily agree with the devil and become victims of his deceit.
