  MAKING GOD HAPPY Numbers 6:22-27 Devotional:- “May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you” (V. 25 NLT) One of the goals of our life is to make God happy. This is because the goal of worship is to make God happy. A man can make God happy when he pleases the Lord in all His ways. Job was a man who pleases the Lord in his life time (Job 1:8). Noah was another man who also pleased God in his generation (Genesis 6:8). We are living for the glory of God when we live to make God happy by pleasing the Him. To make God happy, we must love Him supremely (Luke 14:26). No one loved us as God does. He knows what no one knows about us that is why we must love Him more than ALL. It is possible to love God supremely when we relate closely with Him (Hosea 6:6; Matthew 22:37-38; Genesis 6:9). To make God happy, we must learn to trust Him completely. GRATITUDE

Devotional:- “Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.” (V. 18)

        One of the great weapons to help you to retain your strength in God is gratitude. This is because ingratitude reduces the strength of man. That is why it is often said that gratitude is the mother of altitude. Gratitude strengthens you with peace sufficient enough for progress. It makes God approves you for your next level in life.

This is because the person who keep thanking God for what He has done and for what He is doing is humble. This will make him to keep seeing the opportunities around him. Such will always enjoy divine strength for progress in life (Habakkuk3:17-19)

This is an area most people don’t care about that has not allowed them to be strong in life for progress. Ingratitude is a product of pride and arrogance and it can stop the flow of grace for strength from God. It blocks good thinking and close the door to mental light. That is why ungrateful people draw on their own strength not on the strength of God. So, frustration and sorrow are not far from them.

Friend, humble yourself to always see God good. That you can even read or listen to this devotional means God is good to you. That you slept and woke up shows His mercy (Psalm 3:5). That you are alive mean you are privileged (Psalm 150:6). Then God will perfect all things concerning you. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, Give Me A Grateful Heart.

“GRATITUDE WILL ALWAYS PRODUCE ALTITUDE.”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
