  AUTHORITY Luke 10:5-20  Devotional:- “Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you” (v. 19) NLT One of the most sought after instrument in this world is authority. In the social setting of the world, when people have acquire some things of life, they then begin to go for authority. But because Jesus came from above, he made available to every believer by the reason of His love what is called true authority. Authority is the power or right to enforce obedience. In the world here people cannot enjoy absolute authority. They can only enjoy delegated authority. But do you know that we have greater authority? And we can grow in this authority to become greater and greater by the level of our faith. We can possess total authority over the enemy the moment we are in tune with God and don’t mingle with sin. ONLY THE VICTORS

Revelation 21:1-8
Devotional:- “He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son” (v. 7) NKJV

    In this part of the world, many are not so used to taking responsibility over challenges. Instead of been proactive to foresee and prevent issues, people are used to looking out for whom to blame and who should help out (Proverbs 14:23). It is vivid that we are in a challenging season. It is also clear that we are drawing closer to the end of the age.

It is clear that the coming of the Lord is so close and this is the reason for the challenges in the land. But it is important that we realize that Jesus is only coming for the victorious. He is not coming for the weaklings, the fearful and the irresponsible. He is not coming for people with defeated and incapable mentality. It is therefore important that you rise up as a Christian to grow and be strong.

That is why you must not use the second coming of the Lord as instrument of relaxation. You must grow your strength in the Lord. Please know that God wants to use your life as a proof that He is the almighty God. So, you cannot afford to start sleeping in your weaknesses and failures. Arise and be strong in prayers and fasting. This is the time to gain strength by meditating daily in the word of God. If you are a son of God, then the ability to win is in you (1 John 5:4). So, rise up to build up your faith for your victory. Jesus wants to meet you in your victory and success. Arise and be strong in the Lord. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, Strengthen Me for Victory.

“JESUS IS COMING ONLY FOR THE VICTORIOUS.”

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
