  GIFT AND GRACE Romans 12:3-8 Devotional:- “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith”(V. 6) NIV   One of the means through which we can demonstrate our love to others is by using the grace and the gifts that are in our lives. As a child of God, you are privileged to enjoy two levels of gifts. The first are the talents and gifts. The second are the gifts of the Holy Spirit. There is no one who is not talented in one area or the other. It may be to cook, sing, design, draw or write. It could also be in the area of sport or decoration. But as a child of God, there is another dimension of gifts in your life given by the Holy Spirit. These are gifts of prophecy, healing, knowledge, wisdom, working of miracles, discernment of spirit, diverse tongues or interpretation of tongues (1 Corinthians 12:6-10). THINGS OF THE MIND

Joshua 14:6-15
Devotional:- “As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war, both for going out and for coming in.” (V. 11) NKJV

    Believers need to come to the understanding that strength is a mental issue. No one can be stronger than the strength of their mind. No one can perform better than the state of their mind. The life of everyone will sooner or later turn to the pattern of his thoughts (Proverbs 23:7). If your health shall be restored and retained, your mind must agree and be willing to think as God said it. The right mindset is actually the one that thinks and decides the way God said it.

Caleb was a man of much faith in God. His mind does not ponder on his challenges to make him lose sight of the promises of God. When he was 85 years old, he said; he was as young as when he was 40 years old. This is simply a thing of the mind. 45 years added to 40 is not a joke. Yet, his mind refused to deteriorate, so his strength remained.

Friend, let your mind accept and believe only the word of God. Refuse the thought of sickness and affliction; soon your strength will be restored. Start to see in your mind that you are restored. See that your miracle has come. Soon, you will find yourself in it.

Prayer: Lord, give me a new mind for my new level. 

“LIFE IS TO YOU THE WAY YOU THINK.”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
