THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. PEACE IN YOUR LAND

PEACE IN YOUR LAND

Leviticus 26:1-8
Devotional:-“I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid; I will rid the land of evil beasts, and the sword will not go through your land. (V. 6) NKJV

Every covenant promise of God is powerful enough to find expression in the life of those who believe. Today, we live in a world where peace is no longer a common thing in many parts of the world. Where there is a different style of robbery and affliction upon the children of men. It is becoming vivid that money may not be security in the days of trouble. Yet God had promised His own children peace (Numbers 29:11-13).

It is important that you key yourself into this covenant promise of God. If this covenant has been established for someone, it can also be established for you. To key to it is to be sure you are keeping your covenant responsibility, and this is to be obedient to all of His commandments. Don’t play with the presence of God. Secondly, you must claim this into your life always by faith. Claiming is releasing the power of the word over your life. Speak it in your home, office and in your car always, and the faithful God will give you peace.

Prayer: Lord, give me and my family the covenant of peace.
