God want to speak to the world through you (2 Corinthians 2:17). As messengers of Christ we must be willing to share the gospel wherever we find ourselves. Our life messages have four parts. Your life message includes your testimony. This is the story of how Christ has made a difference in your life (1 Peter 2:9). True witnesses are to simply reporting what happen to them or what they saw. These are all about; what my life was before I met Jesus, how I realized I needed Jesus; how I committed my life to Jesus, the difference Jesus has made in my life. TAKING THE WORD  

Ephesians 6:10-20
Devotional: “And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (V. 17)


   People can only exercise faith when they learn to take the word of God. This shows that every genuine Christian must be responsible to experience God. Irresponsible people cannot enjoy God. There is always a part for you to play (Hebrews 11:40)

Lack of result is a proof of lack of faith. One of the major responsibility of faith is to always take the word of God. To take the word means to search out and find the word for our faith. The strength for our faith is hidden in the word of God. God is a spirit and His words are spirit (John 6:63).  That is why it will take a spiritual search to find it. The real word of God is not the story you see at the surface (Proverbs 25:2; Proverbs 24:14). It can only be revealed to us by the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 29:29).

It is when you find the word of God that you can take it. To take the word is to open your heart to receive the living word of God as written for you personally (Hebrews 4:12). This is by paying the price of meditating on the word. The living word of God is a Spirit (John 6:63). It is when you have taken the word of God that it will grow faith in you for exploit. Any time you find and take the word, faith is bound to grow in you (Romans 10:17). Whenever you find faith, you will find tangible result. That shall be your portion from now in Jesus name. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, teach me to always take your word

“LACK OF RESULT IS A PROOF OF LACK OF FAITH”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
