  GROWING Ephesians 4:9-16 Devotional:- “But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head of Christ” (V. 15) God’s plan and desire is that we grow up. So many Christian today are growing older but not growing up. Many are stocked in perpetual spiritual infancy. This is because they never intend to grow. Spiritual growth is not automatic, it takes intentional commitment. You must want to grow, decide to grow, make an effort and persist in growing. Discipleship is the process of becoming like Christ (Matthew 10:25). In your spiritual growth, God has a part and you have a part. To be Christ-like you will need to make Christ like choices and depend on the Holy Spirit to help you fulfill those choices. The moment you are ready, you will need to let go of some old routines and develop some new habits. You will need to intentionally change the way you are thinking (Philippians 2:12-13). SEEKING THE WORD

John 30:24-31
Devotional:- “Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen ME, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed” v29 (NKJV)


    Faith is seeing what God is saying. Man is a spirit and he has a soul and dwell in the body (1 Thessalonian 5:23). Because man is a spirit, this makes it possible for man to relate with God who is a Spirit (John 4:24). There are therefore some spiritual features in us that we must retain to use for our advantage. Part of it is our ability to imagine or see the invisible in our mind.

Faith is spiritual, it is not bold face, it is not mere confession of the Bible. Faith grows in us when we see what the Bible is saying. If we only read the Bible, we may not receive faith, but when we can see, we will not doubt (Jeremiah 1:11-12). Thomas almost became a lost disciple till he saw Jesus.

Friend, when you study the word of God, learn to turn the scripture to picture through your imagination, then faith will grow in you. Whenever you are in the house of God see the presence of God there (Matthew 18:20). See the angels of God (Hebrews 12:22). Then your faith will grow to receive. When you pray for a sick person in the name of Jesus, see the sickness leaving (Mark 16:17). See your blessing come (Mark 11:24) Then you are set for greatness in God. Peace!

Prayer: - Lord, open my eyes to always see wonderful things in your word.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
