  MAKING GOD HAPPY Numbers 6:22-27 Devotional:- “May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you” (V. 25 NLT) One of the goals of our life is to make God happy. This is because the goal of worship is to make God happy. A man can make God happy when he pleases the Lord in all His ways. Job was a man who pleases the Lord in his life time (Job 1:8). Noah was another man who also pleased God in his generation (Genesis 6:8). We are living for the glory of God when we live to make God happy by pleasing the Him. To make God happy, we must love Him supremely (Luke 14:26). No one loved us as God does. He knows what no one knows about us that is why we must love Him more than ALL. It is possible to love God supremely when we relate closely with Him (Hosea 6:6; Matthew 22:37-38; Genesis 6:9). To make God happy, we must learn to trust Him completely. STEPPING OUT

Genesis 6:13-22
Devotional:- “Thus Noah did; according to all that God commanded him, so he did” (v. 22)


    Faith is acting according to the instructions of God. When you are taking steps as God instructed you, not minding the challenges and the situation, you are compelling God to step into your life for a miracle.

 In the scripture we read today was an occasion where God instructed his servant Noah to build an ark i.e. a big ship to save lives. Prior to this time there had not been rain, yet he believe. Prior to this time there had not been flood, yet he believed God. The location for the ship was on a dry ground not near a sea, yet, he obeyed God. That is why such people go through the ridicules of men.

Friend, until you are ready to obey God and not minding the ridicules of men you may not enter into your full blessing with God. Faith is stepping out to walk on water when God instructed you to do so and not for show (Matthew 14:28-29). Friend, there are great things God want to do in your life but you must be ready to step out by faith. Do that which He is asking you to do. Then you will move to a new level of greatness with God. Peace!

Prayer: Lord, baptized me with the Spirit of courage to step out by faith.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
