UNMOVED FAITH

UNMOVED FAITH Matthew 15:21-28 Devotional:- “And she said, "Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters' table" (V.27) NKJV      Sometimes, by the principle of our response to life or obedience to God, we might not have been qualified for some things. But faith can qualify us. That is why Jesus said He has not come for the rich but that the poor may be rich. He has come to remove the barriers in the lives of people and to release them to their destiny.

GIVING

GIVING

1 kings 17:8-16
Devotional:- “So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days” (V. 15)

Giving is an act of faith. If you know someone who don’t give, it is not because he does not have alone but because he is afraid of parting with what he has. The fear is that if I part with what I have, what will now remain? How will i get another one? This fear is because most people do not know God to be a great provider.

In the scripture we read today, a woman had her last meal. But God had directed the man of God to her so that she will not die with her son. The man of God ask her to prepare her last meal for him. That was a great test for the faith of that woman. Note that God will always test us before he blesses us especially with giving (Deuteronomy 8:2-3, Gen 22:1-3). When she was about complaining the man of God help her to see what God was about to do for her and her faith came alive.

Friend, there are no two ways to God’s financial blessing. You must be willing to sacrifice. To move out of lack, you must take a step of faith to give according to the instructions of the Lord. God cannot fail. He will open his heavily treasure to you. Just like the widow of Zarephat, you will enjoy unexplainable provision in Jesus Name. Peace!

Prayer: - Lord, make me a giver by faith.
