  GOOD REPORT   Proverbs 15:28-33 Devotional:- “The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, And a good report makes the bones healthy” (v.30) NKJV Today, in the whole world, the only kind of news celebrated by men is bad news. The reporters have also realised that people want bad news. So, they hardly report good things. If you listen to the news, read from the media or browse through the net, it is all about evil things happening all over the world. This is the trick of the enemy to cage the sons of men into sorrow and break the flow of joy in the lives of the people. The scripture we read today says, “good report makes the heart glad”. You must recognise the principle of a joyful life. It is a product of regular joyful reports (Proverbs 25:25). It is what you love to hear that your life will look like (Mark 4:24). you must know you are a product of what you are hearing. OBEDIENCE

Joshua 6:8-20
Devotional:- “So the people shouted when the priests blew the trumpets. And it happened when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat. Then the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city” (V. 20)


    Faith is obedience to God’s instructions. It takes faith to obey divine instruction. Whenever we ask God in prayers, He always answer us with instructions. Most of the time those instructions are not easy to carry out but it takes faith.

In the scripture we read today, part of the inheritance of the children of Israel was greatly fenced round and they could not access the city. God gave instruction to Joshua that they should go round the fence once each day and on the seventh day, seven times. God instructed them to shout at the seventh times and the wall fell by itself (Hebrews 11:33).

Faith put the power of God to work in our situation. All it takes to employ the power of God is our obedience to divine instruction (Isaiah 48:17-18). When you ask in prayers, He has covenanted to answer you. Just step into His leading and you will see the supernatural taking over your situation. Then all glory shall be given to God in your life. Prayer: Lord, strength me with faith to obey your instructions for my miracles.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
