THE PAST

THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. God is starting a brand-new thing with you. He is giving you new experiences of success and breakthrough. You need to lea...

WHERE IS THE KINGDOM?

WHERE IS THE KINGDOM?

Luke 17:20-23
Devotional:- “nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you" (v.21)

The domain or territory of the kingdom of God is in the heart of men (Act 17:24). God is a spirit and He dwells in the heart of men (Proverbs 23:26). The kingdom of God is therefore in the heart of men and it does not have a geographical limitation like that of the kingdom of men.

The word of God says, the people were expecting the kingdom of God to arrive. To them it is an opportunity to escape from the kingdom and suffering of this world but Jesus told them, yes the rapture will take place but only for the people Jesus is ruling in their heart (Matthew 7:21-23). The reason Jesus is still patience to come is because; so many people even in the church are not domain of Christ. This is the reason the devil has right to torment people even in the church. He has a covenant right over those who are not committed to the kingdom of God and are living in sin (1 John 3:8). To stop his right over your life, you must make a conscious decision to be a citizen of the kingdom of Christ and stop living in sin.

To be a domain of Christ is to always acknowledge and allow Him to direct our path (Proverbs 3:5-6). These are the only people Jesus is coming for (Romans 8:14, Luke 7:20-21). You will not miss your flight. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, give me the grace to always do what pleases you
