  ASK Matthew 7:7-12  Devotional:- “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (V.11) NKJV For us to be able to enjoy the love of God as believers, we must begin to ask God for our needs. It is the principle of God that you will only have what you ask (Matthew 7:7). If you don’t speak out to ask, you may not be given. This was the problem of the senior brother of the prodigal son (Luke 15:29-32). Everything is for Him, but he had never asked for any. But the younger brother knew how to ask You must also learn how to ask. This is because you will only enjoy what you asked for. We therefore need to learn how to ask. The word ‘ask’ is not the same as beg or loan. The word asks suggests confidence and courage. It means to demand for what you are due for. It means to ask for your rights and your entitlements in God (Galatians 3:13-14). The bible is a book of covenant ...

QUALIFICATION   

John 3:1-8
Read: “Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God” (v.5)


   For anyone to be part of the kingdom of God, he/she must be born of water and of spirit. Without this, no one will be qualified to be part of the kingdom of God. So many people are praying that Jesus should come early, but they do not always check if they are qualified. To be born of water is to be born of the word of God. The Bible liken the word of God to water (Isaiah 55:10, John 15:3, Ephesians 5:26). It purges wrong things out of our mind. Information can reform, renew and refine. (Romans 12:2). 
 
   The ‘Spirit’ mentioned in the scripture is the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer. The two always work together to reform a child of God. It is what you are hearing that will determine what you will believe and that informs your behaviour (Mark 4:24)
 
   Friend, give room to the Holy Spirit in your life, love to be where the word of God is been shared. The word and the spirit work together (John 6:63). These are the major instrument to form you into the kingdom life. The devil will do all he can to discourage you from taking the word of God. Don’t give in to him and your life will change inside out to the life of the kingdom. Peace!
 
Prayer: Lord, put the love of your words in my heart.
 
“WHERE THE WORD OF GOD IS, CHILDREN OF GOD WILL BE THERE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
