  HIS COMMANDMENTS Malachi 2:1-9 Devotional:- “If you will not hear, And if you will not take it to heart, To give glory to My name," Says the LORD of hosts, "I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, Because you do not take it to heart.” (v.2) NKJV If anyone will live continuously in a glorious and joyful life in this world, he must learn to obey this command. It is the only way to bring you to the level of right thinking for the right result. Ingratitude is a product of an irresponsible mind that is always expecting God to do everything for it. This is simply a religious mind. It is a refusal to show appreciation for those things God is doing in one’s life. It is complaining about what is yet to be in place in one's life. Such a person takes offence at God. He is embittered with the people who are making it around. In today’s scripture, not being grateful always attracts curses. God pronounces curses upon some priest...

QUALIFICATION   

John 3:1-8
Read: “Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God” (v.5)


   For anyone to be part of the kingdom of God, he/she must be born of water and of spirit. Without this, no one will be qualified to be part of the kingdom of God. So many people are praying that Jesus should come early, but they do not always check if they are qualified. To be born of water is to be born of the word of God. The Bible liken the word of God to water (Isaiah 55:10, John 15:3, Ephesians 5:26). It purges wrong things out of our mind. Information can reform, renew and refine. (Romans 12:2). 
 
   The ‘Spirit’ mentioned in the scripture is the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer. The two always work together to reform a child of God. It is what you are hearing that will determine what you will believe and that informs your behaviour (Mark 4:24)
 
   Friend, give room to the Holy Spirit in your life, love to be where the word of God is been shared. The word and the spirit work together (John 6:63). These are the major instrument to form you into the kingdom life. The devil will do all he can to discourage you from taking the word of God. Don’t give in to him and your life will change inside out to the life of the kingdom. Peace!
 
Prayer: Lord, put the love of your words in my heart.
 
“WHERE THE WORD OF GOD IS, CHILDREN OF GOD WILL BE THERE”

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.

FOLLOWING CHRIST                   Luke 14:25-33 Devotional Verse:- "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple” (Vs. 26)      God has enthroned Jesus as King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 17:14). Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.
