QUALIFICATION   

John 3:1-8
Read: “Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God” (v.5)


   For anyone to be part of the kingdom of God, he/she must be born of water and of spirit. Without this, no one will be qualified to be part of the kingdom of God. So many people are praying that Jesus should come early, but they do not always check if they are qualified. To be born of water is to be born of the word of God. The Bible liken the word of God to water (Isaiah 55:10, John 15:3, Ephesians 5:26). It purges wrong things out of our mind. Information can reform, renew and refine. (Romans 12:2). 
 
   The ‘Spirit’ mentioned in the scripture is the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer. The two always work together to reform a child of God. It is what you are hearing that will determine what you will believe and that informs your behaviour (Mark 4:24)
 
   Friend, give room to the Holy Spirit in your life, love to be where the word of God is been shared. The word and the spirit work together (John 6:63). These are the major instrument to form you into the kingdom life. The devil will do all he can to discourage you from taking the word of God. Don’t give in to him and your life will change inside out to the life of the kingdom. Peace!
 
Prayer: Lord, put the love of your words in my heart.
 
“WHERE THE WORD OF GOD IS, CHILDREN OF GOD WILL BE THERE”

The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

The word of God made us to see challenges in our life as normal (1 Peter 4:18). Your deepest expression of worship is mostly in the darkest days. It is during suffering that we learn to pray our most authentic, heart-felt and honest prayers to God (James 5:16). God would have kept Jeremiah from the throne to the pit, Joseph from been thrown into the jail, Paul from been shipwrecked or the three Hebrew from been thrown into the fire but he left those problems to himself.
