  FORMED FOR GODS FAMILY Hebrews 2:5-18 Devotional:- “For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings” (V. 10) The second major purpose of your creation is that you are formed for Gods family (1 John 3:1) God wants a family and he wanted you to be a part of it. The entire bible is full of the story of God building a family that will love him, honor and reign with him forever (Ephesians 1:5) NLT. God is love, so he cherish relationship (1 John 4:7-8). The nature of God is relational and that is why He identifies himself in fatherly terms; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. When we turn to the Lord and give our lives to Jesus Christ, God becomes or Father we become His children, other believers become our brothers and sisters and the church becomes our spiritual family. CHALLENGES  

l Corinthians 10:6-13
Read:  “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it” (v. 13)



    One of the easiest ways to make us learn and grow in the wisdom of God is by God taking us through challenging seasons. During challenges, the devil will always want to make us feel that God does not love us. The Bible says, he that the father love he chastise. Because of the season of difficulties, many have turned back from the Lord and have followed the devil.
 
    As a child of God, please understand that there is no man or woman that can love you as God does and He has the best plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11). That you are going through a trying time now, does not mean He hates you. Rather, tough times are times of trial to prove you and to train you to be strong (Deuteronomy 8:2-3, Genesis 3:22).
 
    So, cheer up in your situation. God is working out a mathematics. The journey of Joseph was truly rough, but it was the mathematics of God to enthrone him. Accept the love of God, seek the light of the word of God, and keep decreeing the word of God in prayers. Obey the Lord’s instruction and you will always overcome every challenges of life. Surely, you will receive promotion after every trial if you stand to the end (James 1:2). Peace!
 
Prayer: Lord, help me to wait on you till I see my victory

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
