PROTECT YOUR HEART Proverbs 4:20-27 Devotional:- “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life” (V. 23) NLT Everyone is born with a strength capable of rising to greatness. In every growing child is a seed of greatness. It is this strength that makes the youth so creative and energetic. That is why each young person looks at the future with great hope. The enemy tries to destroy this strength. As strong as many started in life, not many could strike the chord of success because their strength was destroyed.

GREATNESS IN THE KINGDOM
Mark 10:35-45 Devotional: “Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant” (v. 43)
The God of this kingdom is great and everyone who is a citizen of the kingdom of God has a heritage of greatness (Luke 1:32). This is not just a mere statement, it is the covenant of God for His people (Genesis 12:1-3, Galatians 3:13-14). That is why you must wait on Him to receive your own vision of greatness.
In the word of God, Jesus gave us one of the secrets that qualify us for greatness in the kingdom of God. It is humbling self to serve in His kingdom. It may look confusing to think of how can service lead to greatness?
It is service that enlists you in work with others. It is service that gives you the opportunity to discover, test and demonstrate your abilities. It is service that will reveal you to your world. It is service that will make people need you. It is service that makes people value you, recommend you and remember you in time of need (Genesis 41:9-14). If others are too big to serve, don’t envy them. The ladder to the top in this kingdom is service, be wise. Peace!
Prayer: Lord, give me a humble heart to serve in your kingdom.
“IF YOU ARE TOO BIG TO SERVE, THEN YOU ARE TOO SMALL TO BE GREAT”.
THE GRACIOUS Exodus 34:1-8 Devotional:- “…The Lord, the Lord a God merciful and gracious, long-suffering and abundance in goodness and truth” (V.6) AMPL For believers of this Generation to have the fullness of heaven as the word of God promised, they will need to have the right understanding of who our God is. It is the wrong concept of God that has limited the exploitation of Christians and made many lives wrongly. God’s word says those who know their God shall be strong (Daniel 11:32). If you will be stronger than your challenges you must know your God.
ONLY THE VICTORS Revelation 21:1-8 Devotional:- “He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son” (v. 7) NKJV In this part of the world, many are not so used to taking responsibility over challenges. Instead of been proactive to foresee and prevent issues, people are used to looking out for whom to blame and who should help out (Proverbs 14:23). It is vivid that we are in a challenging season. It is also clear that we are drawing closer to the end of the age.
ALTERNATIVES II Kings 5:1-15 Devotional:- “Are not the Abanah and the Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?" So he turned and went away in a rage”. (V12) NKJV It is always the trick of the devil to make us lose sight of God. So he often makes us see alternatives to God. His own goal is to take people away from God. The enemies so much make his way look easy and quick but with eternal implications. That is why you need to grow your faith and not yield to his tricks. The devil’s alternative will always be with covenants that bind into darkness.
