  OVERFLOWING WITH JOY Psalm 23:1-6 Devotional:- “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over” (v.5) NKJV It is the will of God in this season to fill your life with good things until you overflow with joy. This is not God’s plan for a few people but for all mankind. He intends to make everyone overflow with the good things of life. What does it mean to overflow? This simply means God want everyone to experience an abundance of good things and then flow out to others (John 10:10).  King David was sharing the testimony of his own overflowing experience. Though the enemies wanted to stop him, the Lord did it for him. Despite all the challenges and hurdles he has to pass through yet God brought him to his overflowing experience. John 10:31-39
Read:- “do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'?” (V. 36)


 

   Jesus is the visible image of the Godhead that we have seen in the flesh (Colossians 1:15, John 1:14). He is one with God (John 10:30). Don’t ever look at the word of God from the religious point of view; else it will not profit you. Jesus is the word of God (John 1:1-3), He is the light of life (John 1:4). Light illuminates or make of quick understanding. Without the light of life, nothing will be achieved on earth.
 
   He is the first son of God and He bought us by redemption into sonship with God (John 1:12, Hebrews 2:10). So, we have become co-heir with Christ. (Romans 8:14-17). Whatever belongs to Christ belongs to us and whatever belongs to God belongs to Christ (John 3:35). 
 
   He has conquered all the power of the enemy by finishing them on the cross (Colossians 2:14-15). God has also given him a name above all other names (Philippians 2:9-11). This is possible because the sacrifice He made by His blood was acceptable unto God. At the mention of His Name, angels respond to you. He is now a superior name to the devil. The devil must bow to His name any time and this name is been given unto you. (John 14:13-14). This is your right to power of God in the kingdom. You are a victor. Peace!
 
Prayer: Lord, let the authority of your name be in my mouth always.
 
“THE TRIGGER OF THE POWER OF GOD IS THE NAME OF JESUS”

FOLLOWING CHRIST                   Luke 14:25-33 Devotional Verse:- "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple” (Vs. 26)      God has enthroned Jesus as King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 17:14). Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
