TRUSTING THE LORD  Proverbs 3:1-10 Devotional:- “Trust in the lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (V. 5) NKJV 🎙 Victory Daily Devotional TRUSTING THE LORD Support Us Proverbs 3:1-10 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com   Trusting God and daily living are inseparable for children of God. That is why the Bible says, “The just shall live by faith (Romans 1: 17). That means the life of the righteous is not possible without faith in God. Trusting God means total reliance upon his word, labouring in obedience to the word. Knowing fully well that God cannot fail and undoubtedly expecting and hopefully speaking in the faith of His promises. Seeing things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17). This then means that trust and faith are embedded in each other.   Friend, you wil...

UNDERSTANDING THE KINGDOM

UNDERSTANDING THE KINGDOM

Philippians 2:5-11
Devotional:-  “and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (v. 11)

The kingdom of God is where God rules and reign. The word kingdom is from two words combined - ‘King’ ‘domain’. The domain of a king is what is called his kingdom. The word domain means territory or sphere of influence of a ruler. The kingdom of God is wherever God rules. Since God is the creator of the earth, He wants to rule everywhere.

The word of God says, every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord. God gave the rulership of this world to Adam who lost it to the devil. But God has gained the rulership of this world through Jesus who redeemed us to God by His blood (Revelation 5:9-10). That is why evil, sicknesses or poverty has no right over your life. The time has come to define who is ruling in your heart. Is it Jesus or Satan? Is it sin or righteousness?

It is not those who just go to church that are candidate of the kingdom of God but those who allow Him to rule in their heart (Matthew 7:15-23). The kingdom of God and of the devil can't rule your life together. Light and darkness can't stay together (2 Corinthians 6:14-16). Many people thought they are children of God, but they live in sin. Sinful life is a characteristic of the kingdom of the devil. Everyone who lives in sin belong to the devil, says the word of God (1 John 3:8). If God is not ruling over your life you do not belong to His kingdom (Matthew 7:21-23). Allow His kingdom in your life from today and your life shall be set to reflect the glory of His kingdom. Peace.

Prayer: Lord, I rededicate my life for your kingdom from now.

“IF JESUS IS NOT YOUR KING, YOU DO NOT BELONG TO HIS KINGDOM”
