  FILLING HIS MIND Psalms 8:1-9  Devotional:- “What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? “ (V.4) NKJV When two people are at the peak of love, their entire minds will be full of one another. There is nothing else that will gain stronger attention at such a time. If you employ a man who is always thinking of his wife, may he work. He will always have his rapt attention for the woman. This is because love is one of the things that does not want shared attention in the mind of man. And as much as men may have their minds filled with the thought of their lovers, as much as they can be empty of it sometimes. But God is not a man who can sometimes forget His own beloved. The scripture we read today says, His mind is full of you. That is, He is always thinking of you. His entire attention is on you. That is why you need to look at your challenges. KINGDOM ADVERSARY    

1 Peter 5:6-11
Read: “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” (V. 8)


   
    So many people live as though they don’t have an adversary. That way, the devil takes advantage of them before they know it (2 Corinthians 2:11). Every kingdom have adversary and that is why no nation jokes with their military force that are always inside or outside. 
   God’s word teaches us, as an army of the Lord to be sober and vigilant because there is an adversary, the devil. He often uses people against each other unconsciously. He can use anyone against you. That is why the word of God teaches us to be strong in the Lord (Ephesians 6:10). So, you can’t afford to be a weak Christian. You and I must build up in faith regularly to be stronger than his devices.
 
   To be sober means, to be sincerely humble to accept your level of strength. To be vigilant means to stay alert, watchful, careful and not careless. You must be strong and not afraid but grow in faith (1 John 5:4). You must be strong to persistently resist the devil. This calls for sensitivity in the spirit. You are greater than him when Christ is in you (1 John 4:4). So, learn and take your place to confront him and you will always be victorious. Refuse to let him hinder your blessings this year. Don't be negligent about life. This year you will surely be unstoppable in Jesus name. Peace!
 
Prayer: Lord, open my understanding to my strength in you.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
