  JOY IN TRUSTING GOD Proverbs 16:16-26 Devotional:- “He who heeds the word wisely will find good, And whoever trusts in the LORD, happy is he” (V. 20) NKJV Living in doubts, fears, and anxieties cause sadness and sorrows in the lives of people. Sometimes it’s so bad that it leads to depression and ill health. One of the reasons for this is often our inability to trust God in times of need. Whenever there is a delay in our expectations, we easily struggle with our relationship with God.  But when a man trusts in the Lord, he will not see the troubles around, he will only see the promises of God that can never fail; and that will bring great joy, peace and happiness. People around him will wonder what is giving him such joy even in the face of imminent challenges. Beloved God loves you. He cares about you. He has promised to help you (Isaiah 41:10). THE HOLY SPIRIT 

1 John 5:1-8
Read: “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” (v. 7) KJV
 
   The Holy Spirit is not just a mere spirit. He is the third person of the Trinity of God (1 John 5:6-8). In other word, He is the spirit of God. He is a personality like Jesus who go about doing good (Act 10:38), He dwells in us. (John 14:17). Do you know that the father, the son and the Holy Spirit cannot be separated? The word of God says, they are one. So, if the Holy Spirit is in you, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit is in you (1 Corinthians 3:16).
 
   Jesus said it is for our profit that He goes that the father can send the Holy Spirit to us (John 16:7). This is because Jesus as God in human body cannot be in Jerusalem and Jericho at the same time. The profit is that the Holy Spirit as a Spirit can be in all of us in different places at the same time. He is Omnipresent (Psalm 139:7). So, we all can be led by Him and bear the fruits of the Spirit (Gal 5:22).
 
   The Holy Spirit strengthens our week nature to stand strong for God (Romans 8:9). The Holy Spirit comforts and helps us in any situation we may find ourselves (John 14:26). He teaches us all things. He gives us courage to face our situations. He gives us the right word for each situation. He inspires us through the word of God to succeed. That is why I know you cannot fail. Peace!
 
Prayer: Spirit of God, take over my life and family forever.
 
“IF THE HOLY SPIRIT DWELLS IN YOU, THEN YOU ARE HIS HOUSE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
