  ASK Matthew 7:7-12  Devotional:- “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (V.11) NKJV For us to be able to enjoy the love of God as believers, we must begin to ask God for our needs. It is the principle of God that you will only have what you ask (Matthew 7:7). If you don’t speak out to ask, you may not be given. This was the problem of the senior brother of the prodigal son (Luke 15:29-32). Everything is for Him, but he had never asked for any. But the younger brother knew how to ask You must also learn how to ask. This is because you will only enjoy what you asked for. We therefore need to learn how to ask. The word ‘ask’ is not the same as beg or loan. The word asks suggests confidence and courage. It means to demand for what you are due for. THE HOLY SPIRIT 

1 John 5:1-8
Read: “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” (v. 7) KJV
 
   The Holy Spirit is not just a mere spirit. He is the third person of the Trinity of God (1 John 5:6-8). In other word, He is the spirit of God. He is a personality like Jesus who go about doing good (Act 10:38), He dwells in us. (John 14:17). Do you know that the father, the son and the Holy Spirit cannot be separated? The word of God says, they are one. So, if the Holy Spirit is in you, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit is in you (1 Corinthians 3:16).
 
   Jesus said it is for our profit that He goes that the father can send the Holy Spirit to us (John 16:7). This is because Jesus as God in human body cannot be in Jerusalem and Jericho at the same time. The profit is that the Holy Spirit as a Spirit can be in all of us in different places at the same time. He is Omnipresent (Psalm 139:7). So, we all can be led by Him and bear the fruits of the Spirit (Gal 5:22).
 
   The Holy Spirit strengthens our week nature to stand strong for God (Romans 8:9). The Holy Spirit comforts and helps us in any situation we may find ourselves (John 14:26). He teaches us all things. He gives us courage to face our situations. He gives us the right word for each situation. He inspires us through the word of God to succeed. That is why I know you cannot fail. Peace!
 
Prayer: Spirit of God, take over my life and family forever.
 
“IF THE HOLY SPIRIT DWELLS IN YOU, THEN YOU ARE HIS HOUSE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
