  MAKING GOD HAPPY Numbers 6:22-27 Devotional:- “May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you” (V. 25 NLT) One of the goals of our life is to make God happy. This is because the goal of worship is to make God happy. A man can make God happy when he pleases the Lord in all His ways. Job was a man who pleases the Lord in his life time (Job 1:8). Noah was another man who also pleased God in his generation (Genesis 6:8). We are living for the glory of God when we live to make God happy by pleasing the Him. To make God happy, we must love Him supremely (Luke 14:26). No one loved us as God does. He knows what no one knows about us that is why we must love Him more than ALL. It is possible to love God supremely when we relate closely with Him (Hosea 6:6; Matthew 22:37-38; Genesis 6:9). To make God happy, we must learn to trust Him completely. THE HOLY SPIRIT 

1 John 5:1-8
Read: “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” (v. 7) KJV
 
   The Holy Spirit is not just a mere spirit. He is the third person of the Trinity of God (1 John 5:6-8). In other word, He is the spirit of God. He is a personality like Jesus who go about doing good (Act 10:38), He dwells in us. (John 14:17). Do you know that the father, the son and the Holy Spirit cannot be separated? The word of God says, they are one. So, if the Holy Spirit is in you, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit is in you (1 Corinthians 3:16).
 
   Jesus said it is for our profit that He goes that the father can send the Holy Spirit to us (John 16:7). This is because Jesus as God in human body cannot be in Jerusalem and Jericho at the same time. The profit is that the Holy Spirit as a Spirit can be in all of us in different places at the same time. He is Omnipresent (Psalm 139:7). So, we all can be led by Him and bear the fruits of the Spirit (Gal 5:22).
 
   The Holy Spirit strengthens our week nature to stand strong for God (Romans 8:9). The Holy Spirit comforts and helps us in any situation we may find ourselves (John 14:26). He teaches us all things. He gives us courage to face our situations. He gives us the right word for each situation. He inspires us through the word of God to succeed. That is why I know you cannot fail. Peace!
 
Prayer: Spirit of God, take over my life and family forever.
 
“IF THE HOLY SPIRIT DWELLS IN YOU, THEN YOU ARE HIS HOUSE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
