JOSEPH’S CREATION ​​

Genesis 41:25-36
Devotional-“Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, to collect one-fifth of the produce of the land of Egypt in the seven plentiful years”  (V. 34)



   Joseph is one of the men in the Bible who created something that saves his generation. That is why history can never forget him. This is what God expect of everyone of us. We are in this world to make our contributions and not just to consume and go. It is as we do this that we live a meaningful life.

   Joseph by the help of the Holy Spirit was able to interpret the dream of the King. This was possible because God revealed the solution to him (Genesis 41:38-39). Note that the king observed that Joseph has the spirit of God who must have revealed the solution to him. This made God to create a saving scheme that many nations of the earth are learning from till now, though, Joseph lived many thousands years ago. The saving scheme was to save twenty percent of the produce of the land.

   Friend, if you can allow the Holy Spirit, He will create something through you that will be a blessing to generations after you. The Holy Spirit is inside you to help you connect to the heavenly ideas and strengthen you to carry them out. God can do through you what one has never seen before (1 Corinthians 2:9-10). Your world is waiting for your manifestation (Romans 8:19). God can do great things through you in that office, school, church or the community (Philippians 4:13). There is greatness in your profession, if the Holy Spirit is in you He will reveal it to you. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, strengthen me to produce greatness in my generation

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

  DOMINION   Psalms 8:1-9 Devotional:- “You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet” (V. 6) NKJV      At creation, man was given dominion over all that God created. This office was at that time a terrifying one for other creatures and even the devil. (Psalms 8.6; Psalms 110:1-3). It was this office that the devil was after that he had to deceive man and steal. You will observe that man was the last creature of God (Genesis 1:26). Yet he was made to have dominion over all that existed before him. The devil saw this as partiality on the side of God. He did not know that though man was the last creation yet the finest. The man was finally created to be in charge of all creation.
