  JOY BEAUTIFIES Proverbs 15:10-20 Devotional:- “A glad heart makes a happy face; a broken heart crushes the spirit” (v.13) NLT It is important that people in this generation realise that joy is one of the secrets of beauty. There is no one who does not love to look beautiful in life; people do so much to preserve their beauty. The truth is that it charms the heart of men. It is a strength for influence. It is a language that both men and women understand. Someone who lacks beauty may also be lacking in the school of favour. Don’t let anyone deceive you that it is not necessary to be beautiful. In this world, the way you look determines the way you will be treated (1 Samuel 16:7). We only need to identify true and godly beauty. God’s word says, “Charm and grace are deceptive, and beauty is vain [because it is not lasting], but a woman who reverently and worshipfully fears the Lord, she shall be praised!” (Proverbs 31:30) AMPC. Proverbs 10:1-10
Devotional-“He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich”  (V. 4)


    The act of diligence is the act of giving the degree of attention and efforts that is require in achieving a given task. Diligence has to do with you putting yourself together to pay the price for a prize. So many will always envy a man of great achievement. Everyone like to celebrate good progress. But there is a need to learn how to be ready to pay the price.
 
   The Bible says “he who has a slack hand will become poor but the hand of the diligent makes rich” (additions mine). If anyone is not willing to pay the price, he cannot get the prize. Most people only want to go about talking and playing around, but they become jealous when they see you making progress. He that has a slack hand will become poor. Such people labour a little and relax again and again. When you are ready to give the level of degree of attention your work need to succeed, you will succeed.
 
   Friend, stop taking your work as if it does not concern you because you are on salary. You need to build the right attitude in all that you do (Luke 16:10-12). Good achievement demands diligence in any pursuit. There is a need to makeup your mind to create your desire. You don't need to envy anyone. You can do all things (Philippians 4:13). Don't give yourself to idleness and laziness. You will not be behind in Jesus name. Peace!
 
PRAYER: Lord, l receive the grace to succeed in Jesus name 
 
“PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT DILIGENT WILL ALWAYS BE DELETED FROM THE RACE OF LIFE”

Jesus earned this office by becoming the sacrificial Lamb of God for the salvation and redemption of man (Phil. 2:7-11). Therefore, every citizen of the kingdom of God must be followers and disciples of Jesus.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
