  HOW REAL SERVANTS ACT Mark 10:35-45 Devotional:- “Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant” (V. 43).   The world defines greatness in terms of power, possessions, prestige and position but God determined your greatness by how many people you serve. This is quite contrary to the world view. Jesus called Himself servant and to be like Him is to be a servant. That is why it is so important to have a servant’s heart. God often test our heart by asking us to serve even outside our shape or area of interest. Your priority area of service should be in your area of shape, but God could demand for your service wherever needed. Looking at how a servant act is important because one could serve in a church for years and not be a real servant. Real servants make themselves available to serve.      The reason many lives are not amounting to anything is because they do not know that they are co-creator with God. As much as God is the creator, as much as we need to realize that He made us like Himself to be able to participate in the work of creation. He has made us so wonderful that we might become producers of wonderful things (Psalms 139:13-14).

   The word of God says, though God has made so many better things for us, but they are not to be perfected without our involvement. The word of God will not say this if we are not capable of doing so. This therefore calls for we giving ourselves to learning and taking responsibility to do what is expected of us. Sitting down to complain will therefore be very wrong. God has made you a creator of things on earth.

   Friend, it is important that you stop complaining about what you are not accessing. There is a need for you to know that there is no one to be blamed for your current level, but you. So, there is a need to humble yourself and give yourself to learning what it takes to fix your life. When God sees you taking responsibility, He will release the forces of His creation in your direction (Mark 16:17). You will start to see the power of God moving you forward (Proverbs 4:18). And your destiny shall befulfilled in Jesus name. Peace!

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
