THE CREATOR
Scripture Reading: Psalms 100:1-5
Devotional“Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture” (V. 3)
As we desire to work into the knowledge of creation, there is a need to know who is the creator. Who can bring what does not exist into existent. We need to know who can make all things possible. It is God. He is the creator of heaven and the earth. From Him all that you will ever need will come. If God is your father, then there is no need to fear.
The word of God says, all things are from Him (James 1:17). The word of God also says He is the giver of all things (John 3:27). So, He is capable of giving you all you will ever need. The Bible says, God is the one that made us (Psalms 100:3). It is therefore important that you come to know that He is the creator. If anyone want to experience the act of creation, then God is a strong factor. The reason we have to learn from Him is to understand what we need to do to allow Him to create through us (Hebrews 11:40).
Friend, if you therefore want to remain a child of God and yet possess what you desire, then you must be careful not to put God aside. Such getting that put God aside, shall be regretted (Proverbs 13:11). No one can create anything either progress or material without the creator Himself been involved. People often employ other forces to their regret. But God is faithful and you don't need to be unfaithful to get things done. The maker of heaven and earth cannot find yours difficult. He will do yours too. Peace!
PRAYER: Lord, help me to recognize you as the creator of all things
