  ENVY NO ONE Genesis 37:1-11  Devotional:- “And his brothers envied him, but his father kept the matter in mind.” (V.11) NKJV For a man to enjoy God’s love being wonderfully demonstrated to him, he must constitute a habit of not envying anyone. This is the reason why many cannot demonstrate genuine love to others. It is time you begin to understand that your value is not comparable. Envy is an emotional act people put on when they feel someone is better than them. Envy is always the mother of negative jealousy. It breeds bitterness and pushes people to commit all kinds of crimes. Some people’s reason for being armed robbers is that since they could not make it legitimately, they must go and get it by force from the hands of those who have made it. MADE FOR PRAISES

Scripture Reading: Isaiah 43:16-21
Devotional:- “This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise” (V. 21)

    It’s important you realize that you are made to praise the Lord. In other word, God created you for His praises. He made you to be your best as you praise Him all the days of your life. It is in praises that we are able to overcome the limitations of this world and by praises we are able to connect with the supernatural for our testimonies in this world.

The word of God says we are formed to show forth the praises of God. We are to see this in different dimension. God made us to enjoy His best as we engage in praises. Whenever we become praiseful, God can connect with us, God can pour Himself into us, Man and God can work together (Acts 16:24-26). It is as we praise God that God can join in the battle of our lives. It is as we are praiseful that our case can turn out to be a testimony.

That is why we must not allow anything to hinder our praise life. The enemy will always want to confuse us to be sorrowful. He will always make us feel that God is not good to us. The truth is that parents are always good to their children. The same is God to us. All we are passing through are to turn to His glory at last (Luke 21:13). So, braze up. Don’t allow what you are passing through stop you from getting to where you are going to. Your case shall turn to testimony in Jesus name. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to be praiseful notwithstanding.

“ONLY IN PRAISES YOU CAN FIT INTO YOUR PLACE IN LIFE”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
