  DON’T HATE Matthew 5:43-48  Devotional:- “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,” (V. 44) NKJV The subject of love is not always easy to practise between you, and those who have shown themselves as committed enemies. Those who will openly stand against you. Those who just hate you for no reason. Those who don’t pray that anything good should happen to you. Yet the Bible gave us a commandment in the midst of it all to love and never to hate them. What a great task! But until a Christian grows to this level, he cannot actually be called mature. The way to handle it is that we should bless those who curse us. Always do good to those who hate you. If they are moved by the spirit in them to do evil to you, be moved by the Spirit in you to love them. We cannot truly say we love till we can prayerfully demonstrate the character of love. FAITH

Scripture Reading: Romans 4:16-25
Devotional:- “He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God” (V. 20)

    The true praises of God can only come from a heart of faith. This is a heart that strongly believes God for a miracle. This is a heart that put his hope in God like Abraham did. This is a heart that is not fixed on what is available presently but what the promises of the word of God say. This is a heart that is willing to wait to see the manifestation of the word of God (Job 14:14).

 The word of God says Abraham did not waver or doubt God’s ability to fulfill His word in his life. Instead of doubting, he was rather giving glory to God (Romans 4:20). This was really possible because Abraham had made up his mind not to doubt God.  The word of God says doubters will receive nothing from God (James 1:6-8). So, Abraham had decided that instead of doubting, he will rather praise God. You should learn to do the same. Thank you Lord! You are able to help me! I know you are faithful! etc are ways to praise Him

Friend, learning to give glory and praises to God in any situation is a great way to help you overcome doubts. Instead of thinking negatively, you quickly remember the faithfulness of God and give Him praise. Since you have made up your mind not to doubt God, this will always help you out. Make up your mind to trust God till your change come like that of Job (Job 14:14). Decide not to turn to other God (Psalms 16:4). Remember, God has been faithful to the fathers and He will be faithful to you too. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, sustain me in faith of your faithfulness

“BY FAITH, YOU CAN BRING GOD’S PROMISES TO FULFILLMENT”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
