  PALMS OF HIS HAND Isaiah 49:14-20  Devotional:- “See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.” (V.16) NKJV Sometimes in the course of the journey of life, we look at ourselves and ask questions. Who created me? Why am I created? Such times make life look not worth living; ungodly men at such times could consider death as a better option than living. When they see others laughing, they ask, what is making them laugh? Friend, Your laughter will soon come. Do you know that you are a special creature of God? The scripture we read today said you are inscribed in the palms of God’s hand. That means he loves you and is not willing to forget you. In Isaiah 49:15, He said, others could forget you, but He will not. When a man is in love with a woman, they take the pictures of each other all around in their books, bags and even in their bible. WISE WORD 

Scripture Reading: Proverbs 23:1-11
Devotional:- “Do not speak in the hearing of a fool, For he will despise the wisdom of your words” (V. 9)

    The knowledge of the truth that shows us the way out or the way forward in life always encourages us. This is because what punctured or leaked our courage is our unpleasant experience in life. So when we hear wise words, it reveals our weaknesses and the strength we need to acquire and show us the way of strength. This gives us hope and a way forward.

Wise words are not for the fools, because he has concluded that the foolish way is better since he finds a company of fools (Proverbs 13:20). Wise words are the words that reveals the righteous way out or forward. Since wise words reveals, it penetrates into our mind (Hebrews 4:12). This is because we are creatures that open up our minds to anything showing or visual or video. You will observe that you can forget what you hear but you always retain what you watched. Most of our actions are according to what we have seen.

Friend, wise words will push you to wise actions. And it is wise actions that will produce wise result. This is wisdom. But it is important you know that wisdom is wise actions produced by wise information from a wise source. You can contact wise words through books, seminars or messages of servants of God. And you will always be encouraged. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, lead me in the path of wisdom for my life.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
