PROTECT YOUR HEART

PROTECT YOUR HEART  Proverbs 4:20-27 Devotional:- “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life” (V. 23) NLT      Everyone is born with a strength capable of rising to greatness. In every growing child is a seed of greatness. It is this strength that makes the youth so creative and energetic. That is why each young person looks at the future with great hope. The enemy tries to destroy this strength. As strong as many started in life, not many could strike the chord of success because their strength was destroyed.

HOPE

HOPE

Scripture Reading: Job 14:6-14
Devotional:- "For there is hope for a tree, If it is cut down, that it will sprout again, And that its tender shoots will not cease” (V.7)

A man is encouraged when he bounce back to hope. This is an act of reassuring ourselves of the promises of the word of God. We gain encouragement when we remember what the Lord is able to do in our lives. To be hopeful is to have a deep sense of expectations and assurance that what we are trusting God for will come

Job said there is hope for a tree. If it is cut down, at the scent or the smell of water, it will come alive again and bring forth like a plant. How much more man?

Friend, if a tree smell water and come alive, then the water you need to always smell is the word of God (Isaiah 55:10-11; Psalm 19:7-8). If anyone lacks hope, there is nothing he will be able to attain. To build your hope again, you need to take time to meditate upon the testimonies of the doing of the Lord. That is why it is dangerous if a Christian is withdrawing from the fellowship of children of God. There the Lord renews our hope in His word and we are back to courage (Psalm 84:7). Peace

PRAYER: Lord, strengthen me by your word to keep my hope alive

“HOPE RESTORED IS COURAGE RESTORED”
