  LIVING WTH VISION Proverbs 29:17-25  Devotional:- “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he” (v. 18) KJV People may not be able to enjoy the best of God’s love until they live with a vision. God only releases provision for a vision. If you have your vision of life, and you are ready to pursue it, then you can be too sure of a glorious tomorrow. This is because God will do everything to see to the fulfilment of your vision. All God-given visions are capable of building a great destiny. Vision is an insight into the plan and programme of God for your life. Since it has to do with insight, it can only be revealed or unfolded. So it will take waiting on the Lord to receive the revelation of God concerning your life (Habakkuk 2:1). Waiting here simply means consciously standing in God’s presence to see into His mind for you. God’s vision for His children are in dieverse ways. PRESENCE OF GOD

Scripture Reading: Psalms 16:1-11
Devotional:- “I have set the LORD always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved” (V. 8)

    Another factor of encouragement is the presence of the Lord. When you are sure that the great God is with you in your journey, then you will be courageous. God has to encourage Jacob and assure him of His presence (Genesis 28:15). He did the same with Joshua (Joshua 1:5). God did this with many successful leaders in the word of God. You also need the same.

The psalmist said I have set the Lord always before me so that I will not be moved. This is a vital lesson for each of us. To set the Lord before you is to imagine Him with you as the word of God has said it (Joshua 1:5; Matthew 28:20). David said he will not be afraid because the Lord is with Him (Psalm 23:4).

Friend, if God be for you, no one can be against you (Romans 8:31). The world will tell us we are on our own. But the word of God always assure us of the presence of God (John 14:18). It is therefore important you learn to turn this scriptures to picture and always see the Lord with you. That way, you will always be encouraged. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, let your presence make a difference in my life

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
