  MADE FOR DOMINION  Genesis 1:26-31 Devotional:- “Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." (v.28) NKJV   The major purpose of creating man was to dominate over the earth. This is because the purpose of a product is in the assignment given to it to carry out. The reason God wanted us to dominate the earth was to make us represent Him here and to prevent the enemy from ruling the earth. So, our dominion was delegated. That is why it demands clear knowledge to operate in it.   It is clear in the scripture, God’s manual of man, that we are created to have dominion. THANKFUL HEART

Scripture Reading: Luke 17:11-19
Devotional:- “Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?" (V. 18)

    One of the attitudes of encouragement is thankfulness. The reason many don't have a thankful heart is because their expectations is higher than what they are experiencing. They do not appreciate the place of gradual growth or growing by labour (Proverbs 13:11). Most people don't want to climb but jump. God can decide to bless us abundantly but we must thank Him for whatever He is doing in our lives per time.

The ten lepers that came to Jesus were all cleansed by the power of God, but only one out of the ten came back to thank the Lord. Jesus took notice of it and blessed him.

Friend, anytime you are feeling like thanking the Lord, express yourself to Him. Even when you don't see any reasons to do that, yet give Him thanks (1 Thessalonian 5:18). When you have a grateful heart, you will always stay encouraged. We should stop waiting for manna but love to labour to experience His power. If there are expectations yet to be delivered, God isn't at fault, so thank Him for the ones He has done, the one He is doing and you will find courage to receive the coming one. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, give me a thankful heart.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!” (V. 17) NLT  God has a purpose behind every problem. God depends more on circumstances to grow our character than reading the Bible; this is because we have challenging circumstances twenty four seven. The word of God made us to see challenges in our life as normal (1 Peter 4:18). Your deepest expression of worship is mostly in the darkest days. It is during suffering that we learn to pray our most authentic, heart-felt and honest prayers to God (James 5:16). God would have kept Jeremiah from the throne to the pit, Joseph from been thrown into the jail, Paul from been shipwrecked or the three Hebrew from been thrown into the fire but he left those problems to himself.
