  SUBMIT TO HIM John 14:12-24  “Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” (V. 23) NKJV   Sometimes on the platform of love, there is nothing men cannot offer to one another. If you truly love a man you will not want to reject or disobey him. You will want to do as much as it is in your capacity. You will not want to turn him down. Can you imagine how strictly you want to keep to an appointment with a loved one? If we have attached so much importance to responding to our lover, how much more God. If you truly love God it will be natural for you to submit to His will. You will not need to argue or ask too many questions. It will be a pleasure submitting to His will. Jesus said in the scripture we read today, if anyone loves me he will keep my words. In other word he will submit or obey my word. GODLY ADVICE

Scripture Reading: Psalm 33:8-12
Devotional:- “The counsel of the LORD stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations” (V. 11)

    Another great factor of encouragement is godly counsel. All that the devil needs to make anyone fail is discouragement. So everyone must locate their place of courage to be able to succeed. Divine ability will always be renewed in our lives when we are connected to godly counsel.

We can always be connected to godly counsel when we identify men or women who are walking with God. These are people who have regular fellowship with God and have been filled with the spirit of God. Such people will always have the word of God to counsel God's children.

No matter the current factor that is pulling you down and discouraging you, all you need is to locate such opportunity. There you will be encouraged to run the race that is set before you (Hebrew 12:1). This is because everyone who speaks by the Holy Spirit will speak edification; exhortation and comfort (1 Corinthians 14:3). You will not die with your dreams. Receive strength to arise in Jesus name. Peace

PRAYER: Lord, guide me to your counsel for my life.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
