  DESIGNED TO SERVE GOD Psalm 139:13-18 Devotional:- “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand!” (V. 16 NLT)   God designed and formed you to fit into what He wants you to do to serve Him. The intended function determines the form of a building, so also your life. You are the way you are because you were made for specific ministry (Ephesians 2:10) Our scripture today simply means nothing that happens in your life is insignificant. God will never waste any ability unless He intend to use it for His glory (1 Peter 2:9) Before God will give you any assignment, He must have packaged you for it. This packaging is what we call shape (Jeremiah 1:5). Let us look at the meaning of each letter in your shape. The ‘S’ represents Spiritual gifts. These are special God-empowered abilities for serving Him, giving only to believers (1 Cor. 2:14). These gift cannot be bought because they are given by the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12:11). BE A BLESSING

Scripture Reading: Mark 10:17-31
Devotional:- “Then Peter began to say to Him, "See, we have left all and followed You."”  (V. 28)

    A wonderful way to remain encouraged is by being a blessing. To be a blessing means, you encourage others with what you have. To be a blessing, is to sow the seed of grace into the life of others. A great number of people just don't know what to do with their lives. They just need a little push to move forward in life. Someone need to part with his time, energy, money, gift and special ability to lift up others.

Today, we talked about Peter, John and other disciples of Jesus as though we are talking about spirits, and not humans. God did tremendous things through them (Acts 19:11). This was because, they left all they have, they follow Jesus  and served Him. Peter asked Jesus about their reward and He told them, they will have hundred fold. God is looking for people He will use to reach out to others, let him find you. When you have the opportunity, be a blessing to others using what you have.

It's not a good thing to give out what you don't have or what is not yours. If God is asking us to bless others. He knows we are able. One of the major reasons He made you is to use you to bless others. You are saved to be a blessing (Genesis 12:2-3). Don't slack your hand when you are to be a blessing. Don't complain when it is time to give since your reward shall be multitude (Luke 5:1-11; Malachi 3:10-12; Galatians 6:7-10). Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, ordain me a blessing to my generation 

“A MAN IS EITHER A BLESSING OR A BURDEN”

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

COURAGE Joshua 1:1-9 Devotional:- “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (V. 9) NKJV      A major reason why many people are weak is because their level of courage is so low, that it cannot sustain them through to success. So they easily give up when faced with challenges. There is need for us to understand that there is no action that will not attract a reaction. So the only answer is courage.
