THE PAST Isaiah 43:8-21 Devotional:- “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.” (v.18) NKJV God, who gives us a memory, want us to use our past experiences to help us make quality decisions in the future, but the past is always the enemy of the future for many. If you don’t know how to manage your memory system of the past, it is capable of standing against your success in the future. As emotional beings, we are sometimes faced with the challenges of memories of our past experiences, our errors and failures. You will observe that at every point of decision-making to progress, the enemy will bring back to your memory the past experiences of your failure. This is just to bring fear to your heart and make you doubt the possibility of your success, so you could lose your joy. The scripture we read today instructs us to let go of the past. LABOUR

LABOUR

Scripture Reading: Proverbs 14:22-35
Devotional:- “In all labor there is profit, But idle chatter leads only to poverty” (V. 23) NKJV

Everyone who want to be financially free must be willing to labour. The word of God says “those who only want to be going about talking will have poverty”. Labour dignify life. Labour is the strength to produce anything worth while in this world. Labour is the reality of our ability to produce what other need for our income. Labour is what will make a man to be needed by others and produce his value.
To be effective in labour, we must identify our areas of strength, gifts, talents or special abilities. To be effective in labour we must use our strength in life to produce what others needs to exchange for our income. In labour we solve human problem and we are paid for our service. Either in services, a career, trade or production we must make sure we are able to identify our profit. No matter how small or big the profit of our labour, our ability to identify the profit is key to our financial freedom. A lazy man will be poor (Proverbs 6:6-9).

When we are able to ascertain our profit, a portion of the profit must be employed continuously to work for us in the financial investment market. So that as we are walking, our money is also working and we can both keep growing. You will not be servant of servant in Jesus name. Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to arise to labour with the opportunity I have.

“LABOUR IS WHAT WE USE TO GENERATE MONEY BUT IT IS FINANCIAL ATTITUDE THAT WILL GROW IT”
