He was a boy who liked to serve. Beginning from the service in the field with the sheep of his father to the service of King Saul. He made himself available to serve, such that the day prophet Samuel came to their house to anoint him as the king, he was in the field caring for the sheep. WORK SMART

WORK SMART

Scripture Reading: Psalms 127:1-5
Devotional:- “Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain” (V. 1) NKJV

Working is a major task that God has given to everyone on the earth (Ecclesiastes 3:10). Working is a medium of releasing the energy in us to achieve something. Work is a demonstration of our gifts and talent. Work is what we employ to solve all problems. Work makes us earn value before people.
It is important to know that you can earn more value not only by working hard but by working smart. To work smart is to labour with thinking. It is to learn how to identify your goal in all you do and employ your thinking to achieve it faster and better. Working smart is said to be identifying what move you forward and mastering it. Working smart make you work to achieve more than others at a given time.

Let us therefore give ourselves to working smart to earn more in life. To work smart may include you developing more skill to improve your output. To work smart, we may need to get more exposed on our work and businesses to become more productive. Working smart includes not just working for a pay but employing your money to also work for you. This is by investing it in a profitable venture. Be careful not to keep relying on your income or salary today. It can stop when you don’t expect. Seek for where to invest. Stop been afraid to take a risk (Ecclesiastes 11:4). Throw your bread on many waters and not in one place, then you will find it later (Ecclesiastes 11:1; 5-6). It could involve connection with people that could make you better. Your future shall be better than today in Jesus name. Peace!

PRAYER: Lord, make me a smart worker in my life.

“THE SMARTER YOU CAN WORK, THE BETTER YOU WILL BE”
