  FAITH I Samuel 1:7-20 Devotional:- “And she said, "Let your maidservant find favor in your sight." So the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no longer sad” (v.18) NKJV For any believer to triumph in this world, the major strength needed is faith (1 John 5:4). When faith is at work, all power must submit their strength. Faith is the strength that can draw on the power of God (Matthew 9:20-22). It demoralises the power of the enemy. It is the mystery behind great success and achievement on earth. An exploit in any field is going to be impossible without faith. Sometimes one gets embarrassed by how some people cannot exercise faith. Even when a minister had just finished praying for them, they were still full of doubt and weeping. This is the reason why many remain in their sorrow. The woman we read about today was also a woman of sorrow for many years. SAVED TO BE BLESSED 

Scripture Reading: Galatians 3:10-14
Devotional:- “That the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith” (V.14 NKJV


    God sent His Son, Jesus Christ to come and save us. Salvation is rescuing someone from destruction. Poverty is a destroyer of life and destiny. Poverty is part of the destructive work of the devil. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil in the life of all His children including poverty (1 John 3:8). That is why He came to the world.

The word of God says “He became a curse for us so that we will not stay under curses any longer” (Galatians 3:13). Jesus came so low for our sake, He became poor so that through His poverty we can be rich (2 Corinthians 8:9). He became poor by coming to live among us. He went through the same experiences like you and I. He came to our level to be able to show us the way out of our situation. If poverty is evil, then Jesus has given us victory over it (John 16:33).

So, settle this in your mind that you are saved to be free financially. So, riches is one of your heritage in Christ Jesus. Don't think in your mind that this is an heresy because we have read it from the Bible the book of the truth. I pray that the eyes of your understanding will be opened that you may see what God has prepared for you in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1:17-18). For the fact that your experiences proved negative does not make the word of God to be negative. As a saved soul, the word of God called you a peculiar person (1Peter 2:9). Do not remove your name from the list. You are saved to be blessed and be a blessing (Genesis 12:1-3). Peace.

PRAYER: Lord, open my eyes of understanding to my riches in you.

MASTER’S MINAS Luke 19:11-27 Devotional:- “So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business till I come” (V. 13) NKJV      The word of God instructs us to do business. The Bible did not advise us to do business but it commanded us. That is why it would be wrong for you and me to be without a business. That makes idleness a crime against self (1 Thessalonians 4:11). Business is whatever you are doing to earn income. God will not accommodate idleness with anyone because He invested heavily in us.

FRUITFULNESS Psalms 128:1-6 Devotional:- Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table” (V.3) NKJV      One of the blessings God pronounced on man at creation is fruitfulness. And today people are beginning to think that fruitlessness is a defect in the creation of man. So, most people are beginning to count it as natural to be fruitless. But we need to ask ourselves if there were defects in God's creation. Why should it be that it is only in human we often find such defects? How many goats or dogs have you found barren? Are we saying the same word of God spoken that brought the creation of all things has failed on the side of humans?  If you accept it as your lifestyle, it is your choice.
