HOURS OF PRAYER  Acts 3:1-10 Devotional:- “Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour” (V.1) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional HOUSE OF PRAYER Support Us Acts 3:1-10 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Most people only pray or want to pray when they are faced with challenges. But for growing children of God. Prayer is not just making a demand. It is also creating time to be with our father. Much more than our request, God wants us around Him. He wants us always to speak and commune with Him.   Observing the scripture, you will discover prayer has been the habit of all men of God, including Jesus Christ (Luke 6:12). Jesus spent many of his nights praying and the days working. And when He was teaching the disciples, He said, “Pray lest you fall into temptatio...

YOUR VICTORY IS WAITING

 YOUR VICTORY IS WAITING

John 16:25-33
Devotional:- “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” (v. 33) NKJV

It is of great importance that we recognize that there are two forces ruling the earth. They are the forces of God, and devil; light, and darkness, or good, and evil, You can refer to them in any of these ways. These two forces are consistently against each other. That is why darkness and light don’t co-exist. The moment there is light, darkness cannot stand there. But you will observe that one is stronger than the other. For example, if you are in a room and it is dark, if you put on the light darkness gives way. But it is impossible for darkness to come and off the light, or take over from light or chase light away.

God is light and the enemy is darkness. “The light shines through the darkness and the darkness can never extinguish it” (John 1:5) TLB. This is because darkness have been defeated by light. Jesus told the disciples in the scripture we read today, that He has overcome the world. In other word, it is true that we may face challenges in this world, but the power of darkness over us has been destroyed. So it can never overcome us. This is because Jesus Overcame her and your victory is sure.

Friend, if you have the light of God in you, then, arise and overcome. Jesus has overcome the powers of the enemy on the cross (Colossians 2:14-15). Since your troubles are defeated begin to rise to establish your victory. The other forces are weaker and they will flee from you (John 1:5, James 4:7). To have the light of God in you is to meditate on the word of God for your victory. It is our meditation in the word of God that build faith in us for victory (Psalm 119:130; 1 John 5:4). So in every situation family, business, finance, academic, relationship the victory has been won and waiting for you. Don’t forget to exercise your victory.

Prayer: Lord, I claim my victory from today in Jesus name
“IF YOU HAVE THE LIGHT PUT IT ON AND DARKNESS WILL BE AWAY”
