HOURS OF PRAYER  Acts 3:1-10 Devotional:- “Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour” (V.1) NKJV   🎙 Victory Daily Devotional HOUSE OF PRAYER Support Us Acts 3:1-10 Remi Agbabiaka Outreach Ministry (RAOM)  |  victorydaily.blogspot.com Most people only pray or want to pray when they are faced with challenges. But for growing children of God. Prayer is not just making a demand. It is also creating time to be with our father. Much more than our request, God wants us around Him. He wants us always to speak and commune with Him.   Observing the scripture, you will discover prayer has been the habit of all men of God, including Jesus Christ (Luke 6:12). PROMISES

 PROMISES

Isaiah 55:1-13
Devotional:- “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (V.11) NKJV

One thing that is common with lovers are promises. It is part of what a true lover will want to hear. To a true lover, a promise is like a cheque capable of turning into cash. So when people who love us promise us, we cherish the promises. And when we remember them, it gladdens our heart. We even sometime feel happy enough to share it with other friends.

One other terrible thing that is common with people is failing to fulfill promises. That is why it will be unwise to marry someone based on mare promises. These failure in promises of people, in some cases, are due to the inadequacy of human strength, or unforeseen circumstances that can overtake the promises, so the promised often feel deceived.

But God is not like man. He will fulfill all that He has promised you. No matter what the case may be His word will come to pass. Who will say that Sarah will bear a son for Abraham or that Abraham will at last give birth to eight children (Genesis 25: 1-2,9). This is the act of God’s faithfulness.

Friend, whatever He has promised you in His word hold on to it to the end it will surely come to pass? Stand on the word by faith. You will see it manifesting. You will surely graduate, marry, have children, good job and be blessed. See, you at the top!

Prayer: Lord, I stand on your word and I shall never be put to shame.
“WHEN IT IS GOD, ALL PROMISES ARE KEPT”
